Check In Time: 3:00p.m.(cst)  Check Out Time: 11:00a.m.(cst)

 

• Cancellations occurring 24 hours or more prior to arrival date will not be penalized.

• Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to arrival time (3PM CST date of arrival),  will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay and the remaining reservation will be cancelled. 

 

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay and any additional reservations will be deleted.

 

• The SGH Motel accepts small pets only (10lbs or less) with a $25/night (non-refundable) fee. Maximum: 3 nights.

• Task-trained service animals welcome. (see criteria defining Service Animal below)

• Pet owners are required to sign an agreement form with additional criteria listed.

• All pets must be declared at check-in. Failure to declare a pet will result in a $250 fine.

• Limit 2 pets per room. 

 

• The SGH Motel is proud to be a 100% smoke-free facility.

• Smoking in a guest room will result in a $250 fine.

• Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the building. (hallways, restrooms, foyer, lobby, guestrooms)

 

• All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
